Pricing:
  • Bit Savers, LLC provides for both, residential and commercial clients, two pricing methods for products and services (but don't forget to check for the current promotions Bit Savers, LLC is offering).
  • The first method, based on an hourly basis, comes in handy when multiple services are requested and they are not included in a bundle. In this way, a default, customized service is available for any service call. Every service call is billed as follows: minimum of one hour service charge, and increments of 15 minutes.
  • The second method, based on a bundled package, is mostly preferred by the clients that need specific services performed, or for lengthy service calls (i.e., a full back-up and restoration of a PC, or when it comes to large projects, generally for businesses). In this case, there are custom packages that we offer as bundled discounted services for our residential clients. For commercial clients, a survey of the site may be necessary.
  • However, Bit Saves, LLC is running different promotions at random times. Please make sure you check our current promotions before you make a decision. Compare us to the national or local competitors. Also, our warranty comes unconditionally with every service call, and it includes hardware, software, networking and service coverage.

  • Standard Hourly Rate is used with every standard service call, that does not require one of our computer repair specialists to be on-site for at least two hours since the time of service call request.

  • 'Savers' Emergency Response Hourly Rateis applied for all emergency service calls that require one of our computer repair specialists to be on-site within one hour from the time of the call. Each additional hour or time increment is calculated at the same 'savers' rate for the entire length of service call.
