• It is true that computer or networking hardware fails sometimes. This is why Bit Savers, LLC offers warranty with every service call.

• Should a service call be within the warranty period, Bit Savers, LLC will perform the service at no cost for the client. Additional opperations, software and hardware instalation and/or configuration, other than performed with the original call, may be subjected to a regular service call charge.

• Should the service call be of a different nature other than described when scheduled as a warranty call, a standard hourly rate will be in effect, no matter the nature or pricing of the prior service call.

• No warranty is in effect for data recovery calls. Data will be recovered, handled and presented to client as is, without any alteration to files or folders (other than repair), to preserve authenticity and privacy of the data handled.
